Houston’s indie rock trio, Keiko [kay-koh], is slated to release their sophomore EP, The Ghost Goodbye, in the summer of 2019. Second Chances will be one of the tracks on the new EP. Accompanied by intricate drumming and melodic bass lines, this 5 song EP tells a story of heartbreak and rejection with an emotional delivery from the vocalist. In a follow up to their 2018 release, Old Gems, the band touches on their indie rock roots, while also exploring new territory. Their use of vintage keyboards, sampling, and experimental sounds combined with singable melodies, lush harmonies, and vocal manipulation takes them into a familiar, yet more refined and unique direction.
